We present them with all properties on offer that match their request, and ensure that they have the budget available to meet it. We then narrow down their search criteria. In this way, we reduce the number of visits and so limit the constraints and disturbance for property owners.
• We sendyour lawyer all the information he needs on the purchasers, so that he can go ahead and draw up a promise of sale (unless you instruct us to the contrary). Each has his job to do: your lawyer defends your interests and is there to guarantee the legalityof the deeds you sign. He will generally hold the earlier deeds, and can give you full advice on anticipating any difficulties .
